About the author:
Peter Oei is honorary chairman of Stichting Eco Consult. Four days a week he works as program director of SIGN: Horticulture Innovation Foundation Netherlands in the team of Innovation Argo & Nature. Peter Oei has written a number of books on the cultivation of edible mushrooms. In addition to cutting-edge research on mushrooms, his goal is to help young entrepreneurs establish sustainable innovative startups.
